For credit access we require basic documentation — CAC registration, tax identification, or proof of trading address. Most retailers get an initial credit decision within a business day; limits start modest and grow with repayment history.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are a 30-day settlement window from delivery, extendable based on your profile and repayment history. You settle from the sales the stock generates. Pricing on credit is transparent and shown upfront before you confirm any order — no hidden fees in the fine print.
How does delivery work?
Same-day delivery across Lagos for most SKUs. Other major cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Onitsha, Aba) are served via our last-mile partner network with 2-4 day timelines. Delivery fees are quoted transparently at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination.
